The staff at the centre care for and educate the children as if they were their own. However the supervisor and absent owner are not supportive and make it a terrible place to work. They treat their employees, who follow the policies to the T, as if they do not know what they are doing. The supervisor yells and snaps at the employees, rolls her eyes and walks off in mid conversation. She is not supportive and continues to put down her staff. Both the supervisor and owner make exceptions to the policies all the time which is not conducive to outbreak policies. The staff can not live on their salaries and continue to work in a difficult environment with no support. The staff members who do not follow policies or are not suited for child care are still on the payroll. This makes the staff who work hard feel they are in the same category. The centre is in desperate need of some changes.
